Great Lifestyle of Wickham Inc. (GLOW) is registered as an Incorporated Association under NSW Fair Trading, complying with the Associations Incorporation Act 2009. Its governance structure, as outlined in the constitution, ensures accountability, transparency, and community engagement.

  1. Management Committee – Comprising of Coordinator, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Officer and Public Officer, responsible for decision-making and administration; supported by other organisational positions created as required.
  2. Membership – Open to individuals and groups aligned with GLOW’s mission, with rights to vote and participate in decision-making.
  3. Meetings & Reporting – Regular Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Committee Meetings ensure compliance with financial and operational regulations.
  4. Financial Oversight – The Treasurer oversees financial records, reporting, and compliance with NSW Fair Trading regulations.
  5. Regulatory Compliance – GLOW operates under a governing constitution that outlines its purpose, member rights, dispute resolution, and dissolution procedures, as required by NSW Fair Trading.

This structure ensures GLOW remains legally compliant while fostering cultural and community benefits in Wickham.
